THE MOUNT ELBRUS The Mount Elbrus stands as a volcanic massif on the north side of the main Caucasus ridge, he is with this long by a 10 km ridge, its western slopes, connected. As the massive ice giant Mount Elbrus rises above the surrounding canyons and mountain ranges. He is the highest peak in the Caucasus region. The main peaks of the massif is the western summit with 5.642 meters and the east summit with 5.621 meters of the Mount Elbrus.
GEOGRAPHY OF MOUNTAIN SYSTEMS As refers to the Caucasus mountain system that stretches between the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea from the northwest to the southeast. It is the geographical border between Europe and Asia.
